24 Apr Abandoned tests

APHA have asked that all abandoned tests are also reported to their TB Advice Team so that a note can be added to Sam. This is used when APHA are processing payments for abandoned tests, as practices are eligible for the full instruction fee plus the head rate for any animals injected and/or read. This does not affect any payment due if the test is subsequently successfully completed at a later date.
